Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we may:
- Investigate the claim
- Remove the allegedly infringing material
- Disable access to the material
- Notify the affected content provider
- Take other actions deemed appropriate under applicable law Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
A valid counter-notification should include:

Repeat Infringer Policy
NC Business Owner reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to:
- Remove content
- Restrict access to content
- Suspend user accounts
- Terminate contributor privileges
- Terminate business relationships with repeat infringers
We may maintain records of copyright complaints and infringement notices to assist in identifying repeat violations.
False Claims: Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate DMCA notices or counter-notifications may expose the submitting party to legal liability.
NC Business Owner reserves the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law against parties who knowingly misrepresent infringement claims or counterclaims.
